SUEÑOS DE KUSH. TRECE LUGARES IMPOSIBLES.
THE SECOND FLIGHT OF ICARUS
Views of impossible worlds
“It´s no wonder that truth is stranger than fiction. Fiction has to make sense”.
(Mark Twain, American author)
THE SECOND FLIGHT OF ICARUS
But did you know that Icarus did not die? Once having seen the world from the sky, there was nothing that could stop him. He needed to do it again. Guided by his mind, and not his heart, and having learned from his mistakes, he would fly again. He would return to see the sea from above, to feel again the caress of the clouds upon his face. He would contemplate the mountains and the woods as only can the birds.
And he would land like them, full of pride and serenity, feeling great as a king. Great as the king of Creation.
And did you know what he saw…

Traveling to the other side of the mind
On board the ship of the imagination
Breaking the chains of senses
Unraveling the rigid cloth of memory
Beyond the reach of inflexible reason
While obstinate reality sleeps
The dreams slowly take their form
Dreams fluid
Volatile
Free
Rising from the dark bottom of memory
Riding over the purple whirlwind
Wrapping time in a blanket of the forgotten.

The glow of twilight warms your cheeks
And the breeze caresses your serene face
Sweetly quieting the silence
The silence that is held by everything,
and that holds everything quiet
You meditate, oh keeper of hours
On your lonely life
Your mind pauses, briefly flickers
And your spirit is bathed in peace
You look toward the infinite
ungraspable horizon
No one near, no one far;
No one is looking, no one you see
Soul skirting and alone,
absolute calm; eternal
Below simmers the noisy world
Whirlwind of desires and passions,
The bustling turbulent rush
Far below; far away.
